They are very heavy, to be toting around all day. I have several pair of different sizes. If I have seating for the day, I'll take the 10x50's. If I'll be walking around all day, I'll take my Nikon 9x25's. I put them around my neck, and never even notice that I'm carrying them around. 10×50′s give you a nice wide panoramic view.
