binoculars
prodivx asked:

This ruined my show in Sant Barabra. I was all the way at the back and could not hear well, beacuse the City of SB kept the volume low, AND could not see either because of the No Binoculars” policy. I have neeve rheard of anything like this and it looks like Pearl Jam has become the most uncool band ever!!!!!

People have been asking the same thing at thier forums and are totally disrespted by having their posts deleted!!!!!!!!! AND they never give an anser either!!!!!!!!!!

Is this policy for Pearl Jam or was it the venues policy? I know that most venues don’t allow binoculars or any type of recording device into the venues. I can see why they wont allow camcorders or cameras, but not allowing binoculars is strange. I would try to contact the venue in which the concert was held and see what their policies are. I like Pearl Jam by the way.

its not pjs policy, its the venues. it just depends on where you go. so dont blame the band just cause you had bad seats, next time get your tix earlier. we had no problem up close with our cameras. and for the record, pj is the greatest band ever. oh and next time spell check.

Well, I’ve seen camcorders built into binoculars, and maybe they’ve become all the rage among nature lovers, voyeurs and concert-goers…

Different artists have different rules about what can be brought into their concerts. Check with the venue to see if this was a venue rule or an artist rule. If it was a venue rule, try going to a different place next time. If it was an artist rule, try getting better tickets.
